No. Arogom Med Spa is contingency-only — there's no retainer and no upfront cost. You only pay a fee if you hire someone we source.
What happens if a search doesn't result in a hire?
You don't owe us anything. Our fee is due only when you make a hire from candidates we deliver.
What roles do you place?
Nurse Injector, Nurse Practitioner, Aesthetician, Med Spa Manager, Patient Coordinator, and Laser Technician roles for medical aesthetics practices.

How does the referral program work?
